a little unpleasant I had to do something a little unpleasant this morning when my boss got into work. Yesterday, our NR was telling me about how the repo guy had found her by doing a search on myspace.com. He left her a message, she called back, and now her car will be repossessed next week. I'm amazed by the lengths these people will go to find these people, but anyway. Last night after I was settling down for the night, I went online and did a search for her name. Pulled up her page--she's shown it to me a bunch of times, and clicked on one of her friends and started reading. And came across a comment she'd left for him on the 16th that stated that she was "officially drunk at work and that she didn't want to be there at all!!!!" My heart sank. I thought back to that day and couldn't think of any out of the ordinary behaviors, but I knew I had to tell my boss. I asked Artboy when he came home to get his opinion, and he agreed. So, when my boss came into work, he came into my office and after he told me what he'd come to tell me, he asked if there was anything else--which I thought was odd--he doesn't usually do that. And I told him what I'd read. He said we just need to keep an eye on her. *sigh* There's more drama at work and it just makes me wonder what in the world is going on with this place. I'm starting to feel more settled at the new place. Most of what is left is stuff that is going to storage or that needs to wait until I get a desk and bookcase. I was feeling guilty the other day when I came home and just fell asleep. I was exhausted and slept for 3 hours before waking up. I told Artboy, and he told me that was fine...he didn't get anything done that day either. Phew. Need to find my charger for my iPod tho. I listened to it last night before I went to bed and realized I didn't remember what I'd done with it. I think I remember using it our first night there, but I'm not positive. *sigh* |
