first appt I called a counselor yesterday to make an appointment, but she was out of town until today. She did call later that afternoon, but I was on the phone at work and couldn't answer. She called again this morning, and I have an appointment for tomorrow at lunch. I can't believe I got in so quickly. It's freaking me out--I figured I had some time to prepare myself (though would I ever really be prepared? I don't think so). I hope it goes well. I keep thinking about the last time I was in a counseling session--that experience did not go well. Yikes! |
